All EmployEase subscriptions are designed to provide customized solutions for your unique needs. All subscriptions include access to discounted hourly rates for work that falls outside the scope of your plan, so you can count on always being protected.

To get started with EmployEase, companies will undergo an Initial Employment Practices Audit to identify risks, compliance issues, and other areas of concern. Based on your company’s unique results, Helou Law will provide guidance on corrective measures or advice for improved protection. Helou Law will also ensure all employees are onboarded and familiar with the MyFile HR software.

Each subscription is subject to a one-time Initiation and Set Up Fee of $5,000, and annual Compliance Fees upon renewal of $2,500.
